For the smooth operation of the club, Position Holders within the club are required to have access to your personal information. Also, by participating in Beyond the Sunset mailing lists, your email address will be available to all other members of those lists.

Conditions

All members agree to abide by the rules of the White Wolf Fan Club Australia Inc. set down in the Code of Conduct and any current documentation regarding rules and conduct, while attending sanctioned Beyond the Sunset events and while communicating over sanctioned Beyond the Sunset mailing lists, forums and IRC channels.
